conflict is inevitable
combat is optional

As a nonviolent communication conflict mediator, I journey with parties who desire a more compassionate reconciliation approach when they find themselves in one of the following conflicts.
❶
Employment dispute settlement either between employees, or between an employee and the organisation.
❷
Contractual disputes between organisations where it is critical that the institutional relationship is preserved.
❸
Needing to reconcile a conflict with an individual who, for whatever reason, is unavailable to participate in the mediation.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Mediation

During a NVC mediation, parties will be guided through a process that enables all parties to honestly and respectfully share their truth in a way that may be heard by others.
The mediator's role is to facilitate the fullest transmission and receiving of what each party wishes to communicate, whilst ensuring that all parties feel safe, seen, and understood throughout.
NVC mediation is designed to uncover the underlying unfulfilled needs fueling the conflict, and the ensuing discussion of reconciliation strategies explicitly attempt to address these needs.
In other words, a healthy and sustainable solution to the conflict is one where all parties' fundamental needs are sufficiently addressed by the reconciliation strategies.
