Recognising that we all have the same needs, but use different strategies to fulfill it, is the first step to peace.

Looking back at moments of conflict with a colleague, manager, business partner, neighbour, family member, friend, spouse, children ...

... do you wish you had the ...

Words to really express how you felt instead of falling back on expletives, swearing, and maybe even exaggeration?

Courage to speak your truth instead of hearing yourself say what's been expected of you but you don't believe?

Ability to stay calm and centered instead of reacting to the other's words, tone, body language or facial expression?
... have you ever wondered how ...

Love and best intentions could so quickly devolve into animosity and distrust?

You could have so grossly misread the situation and / or the other person?

Can you get the other party to really understand your perspective?

You can take back some of the things you said in anger, but didn't mean?

Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
Mediation

During a NVC mediation, parties will be guided by a process that enables all parties to honestly and respectfully share their truth in a way that may be heard by others.

The mediator's role is to facilitate the fullest transmission and receiving of messages, whilst ensuring that all parties feel safe and attended to throughout the entire process.

Grounded on an understanding and acceptance of all parties' needs, and issuing from a sincere desire to contribute to one another's well-being, solutions on how to satisfy these needs are co-created between the parties.
