at the heart of reconciliation
is relationship

As a facilitator of a compassion-based healing & reconciliation (H&R) process, I journey with estranged family members, couples, friends, and business partners through labyrinths of unspoken hurts and broken hopes to help them break unhealthy patterns of relationships whilst building new bridges of healthy communication.

The facilitation of the H&R process between 2 individuals unfold in the following 3 steps.
❶
Confidential 1-on-1 session with each party separately before the start of the H&R process, where the individual is guided through an embodied experience of compassion for self and other.

❷
Structured H&R conversations where parties take turn to fully express while the other party fully receives. Each H&R conversation ends with each party making a concrete reconciliation request.

❸
Confidential 1-on-1 session with each party separately at the completion of one cycle of the H&R process, where the individual is guided through an embodied sense-making and integration process.

Testimonial: “When I first heard about the H&R conversation, I wasn’t so keen. These words made me feel weak and incompetent, but I decided to give it a go. It turned out to be a nice surprise, a little embarrassing, but liberating. I was able to speak out what I had been playing in my mind for many years, but never dared to say. In part because I was avoiding it at all cost, and also because I didn’t know how to start. Here, at least I knew that I would not be judged or blamed or rejected or shut down. Or accidentally hurt the other person or myself." (H.M.)

Testimonial: “Time doesn’t heal all wounds. These memories continue to haunt me. I want to go back and change things, but I know I can’t. The experience with Roslina was extraordinary and profound. I felt guided into a dreamlike state where despite my logical mind asking, “how is this possible”, I nonetheless found myself immersed in the experience of talking to this person as if he was there. Months later, I noticed a lightness when recalling these events, and I was no longer as reactive. The H&R process with Roslina shifted me from a place of suffering to clarity and growth, and was the starting of the healing which I continue to deepen with my psychotherapist." (S.L.)
